Zensa Spa
Macau’s glamorous spa retreat
VERIFIED LUXURY
We verify luxury. Our highly trained inspectors visit every property we rate, evaluating based on up to 900 objective criteria. Our hotel stays span a minimum of two nights.
We pay our own way. No one can buy a rating; all ratings are earned through our objective inspection process.
Our global team of inspectors are anonymous at all times, so they have the same experience as a typical guest.
While we inspect both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because your experience goes beyond how your surroundings look — how your visit makes you feel is what you will remember most.
We started in 1958 as Mobil Travel Guide, and we created the original Five-Star rating system for hospitality.
Five-Star
These are outstanding, often iconic properties with virtually flawless service and amazing facilities.
Four-Star
These are exceptional properties, offering high levels of service and quality of facility to match.
Recommended
These are excellent properties with consistently good service and facilities.

Our Inspector's Highlights
- The glamorous spa channels an Old Hollywood feel with white marble playing the leading role. Warm, dim lighting; subdued neutrals; and touches of gold give the space a quiet luxury made for pampering.
- As you enter, the intimate reception room has a cluster of plush chairs where you are invited to sit down for a consultation and a warm cup of ginger or chamomile tea.
- Don’t leave without taking a dip in the flower-shaped vitality pool or unwinding in the low-lit relaxation room, furnished with comfy chaise lounges and fluffy pillows.
- On the same floor, you will find an 82-foot indoor heated pool that’s open all year round and ideal for lap swimmers. The floor-to-ceiling windows and skylight above bathe the space in natural light and allow you to enjoy the landscaped greenery just outside.
- Decorated with wooden floors, beige walls and pops of pastels, each treatment room is more like a suite, so you can store you belongings, take a shower or freshen up hair and makeup in the spacious marble bathroom in private.
Things to Know
- Services finish up with a relaxing cup of ginger tea and a fresh plate of seasonal fruit, which you can eat in the glow of the treatment room.
- Open in the summer, a large outdoor pool deck serves as a never-ending source of relaxation and entertainment. Within the grounds you’ll find waterslides, a kids pool, a man-made white sand beach, as well as various Jacuzzis peppered between sun lounges, cabanas and a pool bar.
- The glam beauty salon features manis and pedis, nail art and hair services.
The Treatments
- Aside from massages, moisturizing wraps, exfoliating scrubs and facials, the signature treatments offer a decadent introduction to the spa’s techniques and services.
- The Zensa Indulgence treatment combines a little bit of everything, starting with a warm foot bath, followed by a dry massage, an invigorating body scrub, a hot shower, a full-body oil massage and a scalp rub.
- A small menu offers treatments for men, including the His Facial that addresses sensitive skin and razor burn.
The Facilities
- There’s a long list of ways to unwind in the Wet Spa relaxation zone — look for a row of multi-sensory experience showers, a tranquility pool, Jacuzzis and both wet and dry saunas.
- The Macau spa even offers a snow room (it’s exactly what it sounds like: enter the ice-cold enclave where stone facades are covered in ice and snow — we suggest jumping into the sauna directly after leaving the room).
- The fitness inclined can hit the gym, which features Precor equipment, free weights and a small area for yoga and core workouts.
