- Picasso is located inside Bellagio on the Las Vegas Strip. The Five-Star restaurant is closest to the north entrance of the hotel and is designated “lakeside,” as it sits on the water that is home to the famed Bellagio musical fountain show.
- Picasso is open for dinner six nights a week; it is closed on Tuesdays.
- The dress code at Picasso is business casual, so you should probably stay away from wearing shorts, tank tops, athletic clothing and sandals at the Las Vegas restaurant.
- Appropriate attire for women includes dress pants, blouses, skirts or casual dresses; while men should feel comfortable wearing khakis or slacks with a button-down or polo shirt.
The Chef
- Glancing at the menu, executive chef Julian Serrano’s Spanish upbringing is clear. The dishes are inspired by classics Serrano grew up enjoying.
- Serrano perfected these same dishes at Escuela Gastronomie P.P.O. hotel management school in Marbella, Spain. His mastery allowed him to experiment more with staples, improving their quality and presentation significantly.
- Thanks to time spent in the Parisian service industry, Serrano’s French influence is also displayed on the menu. He harmonizes the flavors of these two regional cuisines perfectly, presenting consistently unique and delicious dishes.
