- The water show is quite the sight. Imagined by WET Design (the same creative force behind the fountain at the Bellagio in Las Vegas), it is beautifully choreographed to Broadway show tunes and Chinese classics, with vibrant LED lights catching the sprays with a mesmerizingly artistic result.
- Savor dishes like grilled octopus, four cheese ravioli, La Bresse coquelet (whole roasted baby chicken with prosciutto di Parma, sage and white balsamic jus) and Oberto veal Milanese (a breaded veal chop and a cherry tomato and arugula salad).
