Honoring French artisan tradition, the authentic zinc bar — crafted from the same atelier of Versailles — is the crowning glory of the restaurant. Here you can enjoy everything from a glass of champagne to its signature mezcal cocktail, the Century City (also with Argonaut Speculator California brandy, Carpano Antica and Ancho Reyes).

Lumière’s wine cellar has a robust collection of rare, cult California and French favorites, such as Opus One and Château Pétrus.
The patio, lushly landscaped with jasmine, lavender and Magnolia trees, is the in-the-know spot for Sunday brunch.
L.A. is home to some of the world’s best cocktail bars, and this French restaurant keeps pace with perfectly executed classic cocktails, high-quality ice and gorgeous antique glassware.
Writer’s Den, the restaurant’s private dining room with a nod to 1920 writers, like Hemingway and Fitzgerald, is an enchanting escape for up to 12 guests. Tip: there’s a speakeasy-type window with direct bar access for guests to order up drinks.
As the sun rises on the L.A. restaurant, it transitions to a classic patisserie — complete with freshly baked delights (say good morning to a perfect pan au chocolate) and made-to-order espresso drinks.

The Food

For starters, the divine chicken liver mousse with olive oil jam is de rigueur.
